Manuel Pena has been added to the list of Top 10 Most Wanted fugitives by the Texas Department of Public Safety.
Last seen in Corpus Christi, Pena is a convicted killer and is wanted for parole violations. His criminal record includes convictions for assault/family violence, robbery, intoxication manslaughter, possession of marijuana, reckless driving and driving while intoxicated.
Pena is affiliated with the Texas Syndicate. He also is known as Ken Pena and Kennedy Pena, and goes by the nickname "Super."
Texas Crime Stoppers is offering up to $1,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to an arrest. Tips can be called in to 1 (800) 252-8477.
