Connexion is a magazine that focuses on Hispania cultural and as we all know San Antonio’s majority of people are Latinos. So, I believe that they have this contest not only to show the Latino’s beauty but there knowledge also.

This is my niece Mary and I am so proud of her accomplishments. I told her that if she wasn't selected "Hottest Lainta" that she was already a winner because she is an Educated Latina. Mary doesn't just have outter beauty she has inner beauty and she can and will give back so much to our community here in San Antonio. Good luck Mary, We are all so proud of you, Mija.
