‘Dominicanish’ Video Installation

Poet/writer Josefina Baez presents ‘Dominicanish,’ a video installation incorporating music, dance and poetry that portrays reflections from Baez on her identity as a native of the Dominican Republic living in the United States. Colloquium on Gen. Francisco L. Urquizo

The Instituto Cultural de México presents an academic discussion on Gen. Francisco L. Urquizo, novelist of the Mexican Revolution and an important figure in the process of building a new nation and the reorganization of the Mexican army. TamboRhythms Community Drum Circle

TamboRhythms, a company dedicated to promoting well-being through rhythmic expression using drums and percussion, presents a community drum circle facilitated by occupational therapist Jorge Ochoa. The event is hosted by Trey’s House, a nonprofit clubhouse for individuals with acquired and traumatic brain injuries. Pitcher Perfect Dating Kick-Off
